    The Quality Technician will report to the Quality Manager and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet internal and customer expectations for quality and performance. This position supports quality assurance processes through inspection, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

    Essential Duties:

    Inspection & Testing:

    Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections on mechanical and electrical components.Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part compliance.Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to assess conformance.Document inspection results accurately and consistently in accordance with established procedures.

    Technical Support & Customer Assistance:

    Provide technical support via phone and email for both current and legacy equipment.Assist customers with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Document support cases and escalate unresolved issues to the engineering or quality management teams as needed.Serve as a liaison between field feedback and internal teams to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements.

    Quality System Support:

    Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).Support non-conformance reporting and help investigate root causes.Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is properly maintained.Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical/hydraulic schematics.Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and quality inspection techniques.Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry).Ability to work independently and take initiative.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    The Product Support & Fleet Connectivity Specialist is a hybrid technical support and customer operations role responsible for supporting customers, field technicians, and connected equipment throughout the product lifecycle. This position combines traditional product support responsibilities — including troubleshooting assistance, parts identification, warranty coordination, service documentation, and customer communication, customer service coordination, and service operations support — with the growing need for remote equipment monitoring, telematics support, and connected fleet management.


    This role serves as a centralized office-based resource that helps customers maximize uptime while supporting RRP’s long-term strategy around connected equipment and remote diagnostics. The position will play a key role in helping RRP transition from reactive service support toward proactive fleet visibility and remote product management.


    The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting ability with excellent communication skills, customer support instincts, and comfort working with telematics platforms, remote support tools, and evolving connected technologies.

    Technical Support, Parts Support & Troubleshooting:

    Monitor and manage the connectivity status of customer equipment fleets.Serve as a primary support resource for remote diagnostics, telematics systems, and connected equipment troubleshooting.Assist customers and field technicians with remote machine access, software updates, controller updates, and communication troubleshooting.Monitor machine health, fault alerts, utilization data, and connectivity performance through telematics platforms.Coordinate remote troubleshooting sessions with customers, field technicians, engineering, and product support teams.Identify recurring operational issues using fleet data and communicate recommendations for corrective actions or product improvements.Maintain accurate records of machine connectivity, software revisions, controller configurations, and remote access permissions.Assist in developing remote support procedures, fleet dashboards, reporting tools, and proactive support workflows.Support the ongoing development of RRP’s connected equipment and remote support strategy.

    Job Summary
    The Inventory Management Specialist performs hands-on inventory operations that support manufacturing, assembly, and customer shipments.     Qualifications
