    R2 Global is supporting a long-established, multi-site services organization in the search for an IT Manager to lead internal IT operations and infrastructure. Position: IT Manager Location: Onsite Seattle, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Overview This organization has operated nationally for over a century and supports operations across dozens of locations. They are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the internal IT function, establish operational standards, and own the companys core infrastructure and security posture. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 7 IT professionals, with responsibility for networking, servers, cloud platforms, identity, endpoints, backups, disaster recovery, and enterprise applications. The IT Manager will also oversee vendors, budgets, and the delivery of multi-site IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the internal IT team; set priorities, standards, and best practices Own infrastructure including networking, firewalls/VPNs, servers, virtualization, backups Manage identity, endpoints, and core business applications Define and maintain security posture, policies, and compliance controls Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and IT budgeting Deliver and coordinate multi-location IT projects Build durable documentation, processes, and operational runbooks Requirements Experience including several years in a leadership position Strong hands-on background in networking and systems administration Experience supporting multi-site or distributed environments Ability to design scalable processes and documentation Experience with technologies such as Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft 365/Azure, and backup/DR platforms preferred Benefits PTO and sick time Paid holidays Deferred compensation plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-provided phone Transportation or parking benefit Read Less

Excellent problem-solving and client service skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to PowerApps and Power BI . Knowledge of D365 Copilot and emerging AI capabilities .
