  Body Movement (personal training, yoga, massage, pilates, etc.) certification or education background (exercise science, kinesiology, etc.) required to qualify for Flexologist position.
  
  StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates Instructors to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to provide care for our community through better movement and pain relief.
  
  StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. Our proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that clients receive a world-class stretching experience.
  
  Our Flexologists will primarily provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretching services for our clients.
  
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  
  Successfully complete Flexologist Training (and certification) Program - paid by StretchLabDeliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50-min sessions)Educate, encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsHelp build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through excellent customer serviceDeliver a best-in-class stretching experienceUpdate client notes consistently to track and improve progressMaximize client utilization of sessions/membership by encouraging follow-up appointments and renewing membershipsEnsure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeQualifications:Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibilityBody movement education or certificationStrong communication skillsGreat team playerPreferred background:Massage TherapistPersonal TrainerPhysical TherapistPilates or Yoga InstructorKinesiology/Exercise Science degreeExperience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on care for clientsAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policiesMust be available to successfully complete our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training Read Less

  POSITION: The Sales Associate will assist the Studio Manager with customer management and new membership and retail sales by bringing new clients to the studio, creating strong relationships and providing a positive customer experience. This position also assists with retaining customers by providing top-notch service to current members. Boutique fitness/wellness studio knowledge or experience is a bonus but not required. This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work weekdays, some weekends, evening and/or morning shifts.
