RESPONSIBILITIES
Aligns, partners, and collaborates with all Quinn Group business units. Seeks to understand Quinn Group business objectives and proactively manage employee relations and development in support of business objectives.Provides counsel to the Vice President – Human Resources on matters relating to HR issues.Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Administer and promote the Employee Opinion Survey feedback process. Present results to managers, prepare presentations and assist with action planning.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals;Attract, Retain, Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select qualified diverse top talent to fill vacant positions.Utilize HRIS system to provide reporting and proper record keeping for HR and business partners.Ensures company standards are met in employee transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. Dispatch Technicians: Coordinate the dispatch of field and shop technicians to customer locations.Reconcile Technician Time: Review and reconcile technician time between Kronos and DBS systems.Manage Work Orders: Update work in process, expedite work orders, and coordinate workflow.Communicate Status: Report work order status to the Customer Service Communicator and respond promptly to customer requests.Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Ensure customer needs are met professionally to help achieve positive NPS scores.Process Parts Orders: Order Caterpillar parts and source parts from external vendors as needed.Analyze WIP: Review work‐in‐progress reports, identify warranty involvement, and coordinate with other departments or vendors.Provide Estimates: Prepare Time & Material estimates for customers.Authorize Purchases: Approve technician parts purchases, with or without a Quinn PO.Handle Payments: Obtain payment methods, including handling cash transactions.Invoice Timely: Maintain work orders and invoicing in line with benchmarks such as last day labor to invoice and WIP turns.Prevent Write‐Offs: Manage collections proactively to avoid losses.Support Shop Operations: Demonstrate general knowledge of Machine and Weld Shop support processes.Support Other Branches: Assist other branch locations with service needs when required.Flexibility: Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional after‐hours work for unexpected service needs.Live Quinn Values: Demonstrate Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality, and Service.What You Need to Succeed:

This position is critical to sustaining and improving key PSSR performance metrics by providing consistent performance assessments, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to PSSR personnel, Branch Managers, and Regional Managers.
Success in this role requires effective collaboration across all levels of the organization. These efforts are essential to enhancing the overall customer experience, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and driving sustained product support sales performance.

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $106,504 - $134,289

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred. A minimum of three years of related experience in Parts, Service, Product Support Sales, and/or Outside Sales is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
