    As a Senior Field Technician, you will travel to customer job sites to diagnose, service, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery. You’ll work independently from a fully equipped service truck and apply your mechanical skills to ensure equipment’s up-to-date and customer satisfaction.

    Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Caterpillar® equipment and related machines.Use specialized tools and diagnostic software to complete quality repairs.Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime for customers.Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection documentation.Communicate professionally with customers and service teams about equipment issues and repair plans.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at every job site.Continually developing skills through training and hands‐on experienceDelivers exceptional customer service while solving mechanical challenges onsiteFamiliarity with diagnostic tools such as Cat Electronic Technician (ET) and mechanical test equipment.Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work independently.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Aligns, partners, and collaborates with all Quinn Group business units. Seeks to understand Quinn Group business objectives and proactively manage employee relations and development in support of business objectives.Provides counsel to the Vice President – Human Resources on matters relating to HR issues.Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Administer and promote the Employee Opinion Survey feedback process. Present results to managers, prepare presentations and assist with action planning.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals;Attract, Retain, Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select qualified diverse top talent to fill vacant positions.Utilize HRIS system to provide reporting and proper record keeping for HR and business partners.Ensures company standards are met in employee transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.     QUALIFICATIONS

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
