    Compensation & Schedule:

    $30 - $35 per hour Hourly Full-Time

    Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p Option to work on Saturdays

    OT Availability

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide preventive maintenance on mobile equipment(forklifts/skid steers), balers, shredders, and conveyorsTrouble shoot hydraulic, mechanical, motors, etc. Repair/replace chains, belts, motors, sensors, etc. Operate independentlySupport safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives.Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility.Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors Manage shop supplies and parts. 53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus. Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined. Position Requirements:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent 5+ years of professional industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience 5 + Leadership experience a plusValid Driver's License High level of mechanical aptitude Strong organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required, but a plusWelding experience or willingness to learn Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn Valid Driver's License

    What You'll Do:

    Prospect, cold call, and pitch with purpose to create new business opportunities across diverse manufacturing sectorsIndependently manage and grow "A-level" accounts, ensuring consistent performance and expansionOwn your pipeline - schedule vendor visits, build relationships, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and margin goalsUnderstand and manage profitability by navigating gross margin targets and freight expensesUtilize Salesforce and Outlook effectively to manage leads, track activity, and communicate across teamsCollaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop scalable strategies for market growthStay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity


    What You Bring to the Table:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectorsWillingness to travel up to 50% overnight to close deals and build partnershipsStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving resultsClean DMV record and valid driver's license (required)
