    Job Description

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for tracking program financials and managing budgets.The position requires supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.Analysts will perform financial forecasting and cost estimation.The role includes preparing funding justifications and expenditure tracking.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; orA minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in financial management.

    Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

    DoD budget execution and cost estimation.Financial reporting and forecasting.Defense financial management systems.Congressional budget justifications and funding reconciliation.Expenditure tracking and cost analysis.

    Required Skills and Competencies
