Location: Mason, OH
Pay: Direct Hire | Up to $65,000 annually
This position provides strong support to the Industrial Sales Department, focusing on managing and growing business within the Mexico territory. The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of communication between customers, internal teams, and factories.
Key Responsibilities
Support Industrial SalesMaintain and achieve annual sales targets for assigned accounts and territory.Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive growth.Maintain regular contact with key customer personnel to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.Communicate with customers regarding production schedules, product needs, and potential issues.Develop new accounts in the southern territory, identifying and pursuing companies with strong sales potential.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop specifications and coordinate test samples when needed.Travel & Customer EngagementTravel regularly throughout assigned territory, including Mexico.Attend meetings with purchasing teams and engineers to discuss ongoing projects and new opportunities.Participate in product testing and demonstrations as necessary.Prepare and deliver monthly PowerPoint presentations summarizing account activity and sales performance versus budget goals.Work with Industrial CustomersSupport customers with issues such as specifications, pricing, delivery, and shipment problems.Handle order placement, production requirements, and other sales-related inquiries.Manage inside sales calls and follow up with customers in a timely, professional manner.Collaborate with FactoriesCommunicate regularly with factory contacts (including international partners) to coordinate deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and address production concerns.Support Customer ServiceWork closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure efficient communication and excellent customer support.Help manage stock and inventory, balancing supply and demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.Learn and apply general customer service procedures related to sales and order management.Additional DutiesLearn and participate in the quotation process.Utilize the D365 system for order management, reporting, and communication.Perform miscellaneous office duties as assigned.Remain open to future relocation opportunities within the company.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.Industrial, manufacturing, or international sales experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency a plus.Apply Today!
