    Quickparts is hiring a Quality Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our quality management system (QMS) for all additive manufacturing (AM) processes, including Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Electron Beam Melting (EBM), and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). This is a critical leadership role. You will maintain AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure all flight-critical and safety-critical components meet the highest standards of dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and traceability.

    You will own our QMS governance, personally lead internal audit programs, and be the driving force behind first-article qualification, production approval, and non-conformance resolution while interfacing directly with customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal engineering teams.

    ✔ Own, ensure compliance, maintain, and continually improve the AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 QMS

    ✔ Guarantee that flight-critical and safety-critical AM components meet all requirements

    ✔ Lead the internal audit program and serve as the primary liaison with external registrars

    ✔ Direct the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) and Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA) programs

    ✔ Champion a quality-first culture through metrics visibility, recognition, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives


    What You’ll Do

    Establish and enforce process qualification protocols per ASTM F3187, NASA-STD-6030, and applicable customer/NADCAP requirementsOversee build parameter qualification, machine validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and periodic requalification for all AM platformsDefine and manage material qualification programs for metallic and polymer powder/filament feedstocksLead First Article Inspection (FAI) activities per customer requirements including AS9102 Rev BManage post-processing quality controls: HIP, heat treatment, surface finishing, and NDT (CT scanning, FPI, radiography)Direct the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) program, initiate MRB dispositions, and coordinate with engineeringOwn the CAPA system, ensuring root cause analysis rigor (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and timely closureEvaluate incoming material, source inspection activities, and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)Support customer source inspections, DQR visits, and surveillance auditsPrepare and review quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and Data Packages / Certificates of ConformanceMaintain Export Control (ITAR/EAR) awareness for technical data sharing with customers and suppliersLead, develop, and mentor the Quality Team, designing and delivering QMS training programsTrack and trend scrap, rework, and field escapes, presenting metrics to leadership via monthly quality dashboards


    What We’re Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline7+ years of progressive quality management experience, with at least 3 years in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturingDemonstrated AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 expertise (Lead Auditor certification such as CQA or IRCA strongly preferred)Proficiency with AS9102 Rev B First Article Inspection and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2018)Working knowledge of NADCAP accreditation requirements (Heat Treat, NDT, Chemical Processing) applicable to the AM supply chainProven track record leading CAPA programs using structured root cause analysis tools (8D, DMAIC, RCCA)Experience with statistical process control (SPC), MSA, Cpk analysis, and quality data management systems (QMS/ERP/MES)Familiarity with U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR) as applied to aerospace hardware and technical dataAbility to travel up to 10% (supplier audits, customer visits, conferences)Preferred qualifications include: hands-on AM qualification experience (ASTM F3187, AMS7003/7004), ASQ CQM/OE or CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, NADCAP Lead Auditor, and familiarity with digital thread/MBD methodologies and FAA/EASA Part 21 PAH requirements

    Quickparts is hiring a Urethane Tooling Technician to build and repair silicone tooling for the cast urethane process. This is a hands-on role where you will be deeply embedded in our operations — on the floor, working directly with equipment, and ensuring the highest quality in our tooling processes.

    You will own the setup, creation, and repair of critical tooling, being a driving force behind the precision manufacturing systems that support our aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, and industrial customers.

    Build and repair silicone tooling for the cast urethane processIdentify direction of pull on master patterns and prep master models to establish parting linesOperate woodworking equipment required to create parting boardsOperate silicone dispensing equipment and maintain the equipment used in toolingProperly vent and gate parts during the tooling processBuild tooling requiring multiple slides unassistedRepair any tooling issues that may ariseReview files and pull dimensions using required CAD software (Magics)Adhere to all safety standards, wear required personal protective equipment, and report safety issues


    What We’re Looking For

    High school diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of woodworking and Advanced Tooling/Casting experience preferredExperienced in the use of all woodworking equipment and hand toolsAbility to review files and pull dimensions using required CAD software (Magics)Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills, with good comprehensionAbility to perform required work unassistedPhysical capability to stand, stoop, and bend for a minimum of 8 hours per dayManual dexterity sufficient to operate common manufacturing machinery and hand toolsAbility to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
