Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, and ensure that we are providing quality service to the customer. Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.Conduct visits and inspections to ensure quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, and address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.Job Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience on Commercial HVAC/R systems and or commercial kitchen equipment, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Universal EPA certification is required.In addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package and additional perks including:

Quick Servant Co. Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Equipment Installer to assist with installation projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial foodservice equipment, HVAC/R systems, and installation processes.
Job requirements
Setup, installation, and maintenance of commercial foodservice and refrigeration systems according to project specifications and industry standards.Work in conjunction with project management to organize installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, to ensure timely and efficient completion.Conduct on-site assessments and measurements to determine project requirements and ensure accurate installations.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate installation activities and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the installation process.Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including installation reports, equipment specifications, and inventory records.Be able to travel outside of our main territory, including but not limited to overnights stays for certain projects.Qualifications
