    Customer Operations Representative
    Location: Irvine, CA

    Position Summary

    The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while managing order processing, Salesforce administration, contract support, and consignment inventory. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process domestic and international customer orders accurately and efficiently.Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email to hospitals, physicians, patients, and distributors.Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, product returns (RMAs), and order issues.Maintain accurate customer, contract, and account information in Salesforce CRM.Support contract administration, pricing agreements, and reporting.Coordinate consignment inventory tracking and reconciliation with field sales teams.Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs, product launches, and operational initiatives.Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation and records.

    Qualifications

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of customer service, customer operations, or order management experience.Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred.Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems required.Microsoft Office proficiency, including strong Excel skills.Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembler to perform assembly operations for single-use systems, assemblies, and products. This role is ideal for a dedicated manufacturing professional with a strong background in cleanroom procedures, meticulous manual dexterity, and a collaborative approach to maintaining safety and productivity standards.


    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain a sterile environment by garbing, cleaning, and acting according to CGMP guidelines for clean room procedures.Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.Operate cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and manual cutting devices.Read instructions and drawing assemblies to identify product specifications and determine the sequence of assembly.Clean components and finished assemblies within a controlled clean room environment.Prepares and assembles necessary parts/products based on Work Orders and completes all forms associated with each lot/batch.Follow policies, observe safety procedures, and report potential unsafe conditions.Use equipment and materials properly while meeting productivity standards.


    Qualifications
