Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma. Work may only be performed on site. No remote work option. Job Tasks: Perform routine field soil density testing using company-provided equipment after receiving internal training. Collect soil and concrete samples from construction sites for laboratory or field testing. Conduct basic materials testing procedures following ASTM standards and established company protocols. Accurately record and document test results using standard company forms and reporting systems. Submit collected data and completed reports to supervising technicians, engineers, or project supervisors for review and verification. Notify supervisors when testing equipment requires maintenance, repair. Verify that all testing equipment has current calibration sticker or certification before use. Maintain, clean, and transport testing equipment and materials required for field testing activities. Follow established safety procedures and company policies while performing field and laboratory work. Work under direct supervision while receiving ongoing on-the-job training in materials testing procedures.
