    This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Phlebotomist I - Red Bluff, CA, Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 3:30, with rotational weekends. Pay range: $21.80 - $23.75 / hour.     Job Accountabilities (Responsibilities)

    Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.Administer oral solutions according to established training.Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.Ability to navigate a computer and accurately enter data is a requirement to be successful in this role.Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.Processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport as required by test order.Perform all non-patient facing duties, including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones and utilizing email as appropriate.Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.Complete online and in person training courses timely.Qualifications

    Required Education

    High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

    Work Experience

    One year phlebotomy experience preferred.Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience.

The Precision Oncology Account Executive works in close cooperation with oncology clinical, pathology, and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model.

    Prior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships in complex customer models; health systems, academic cancer centers, and community large oncology groups.Minimum of five (5) years of strategic account management with either health systems or multi physician large groups.3+ years oncology biotech/lab/pathology/diagnostics sales or account management with new product launch experience.Experience securing new product or therapy adoption with formulary or committee approval.History of award-winning sales and/or account management experience.Prefer sales experience in molecular oncology testing or biopharma therapy with companion diagnostics.New product formulary or product committee closing experience.

    Knowledge and skills:

    Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business

    Phlebotomist II - Dearborn, MI, Monday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 30 minutes lunch, with Rotational Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

    Pay range: $19.31+ per hour

    Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

    Job Accountabilities (Responsibilities)

    Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.Administer oral solutions according to established training.Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems, Client contact, and approved tools.Ability to navigate a computer and accurately enter data is a requirement to be successful in this role.Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.Processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport as required by test order.Perform all non-patient facing duties, including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones and utilizing email as appropriate.Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.Complete online and in person training courses timely.Qualifications

    Required Work Experience:

    Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Keyboard/data entry experience.Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

    Required Education

    High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

    The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.

    The Workforce Health Solutions Account Executive is responsible for securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business, and driving sales growth with employers of 1,000 employees or greater. Call points will be Human Resources Directors/VP's, Wellness Directors, Benefits Departments, Workplace Safety, etc. This position is responsible for the growth of new revenue within an assigned territory. This is a field-based sales role with regular multi-state travel.

    ResponsibilitiesDrive the acquisition of new customers for Workforce Health Solutions.Proactively position the Health & Wellness portfolio of products and services, building the sales funnel and closing sales increasing the Quest Diagnostics market share and aligning to customer needs.Manage the account acquisition process, from initial customer prospecting, contract signature, and relationship management. This includes cold calling, prospecting, proposal generation, contract negotiations, credit approval, etc.Develop and execute cross functional and cross segment strategies which are in line with overall company objectives to grow the Health & Wellness customer base.Build and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization.Develop proposals to enhance business relationships.Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists, Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources) as needed.Collaborate with the operations organization as needed to deliver a positive customer experience.Travel 25% - 50%Qualifications

    Required Work Experience:

    At least 3 to 5 years of experience in either direct sales or business development in a healthcare environment to management levels
