General Manager Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Understands P/Ls.
- Able to cultivate a staff.
- Takes ownership in the restaurant.
- Hiring and developing the staff.
- Scheduling and Payroll
- Ordering
- Must be hands on
- Ability to jump in on any position and support the team as needed
- Uphold all food quality standards.
- Maintain a very clean location
- Excels in customer service
- Great communication skills
- Completes all required reports and checklists daily, weekly and monthly on time.
- High Integrity.

Someone who knows when the team needs help and is able to jump in to support in all positions. Someone who can take ownership and run the concepts efficiently.
