    Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a special operations trainer in Stennis, Mississippi.

    The SWCC Trainer - SWCC Dismounted Operations Training Specialist provides professional, technical training, curriculum and doctrinal material development, maintenance and administrative services in support of NSWG-4 training initiatives and assigned missions and is responsible for training SWCCs in shooting, urban combat, and related techniques.

    Work Environment:

    Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.Ability to work in confined spaces.Ability to work in remote or rural environments.

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    Travel:

    21-49% / Regular travel expectedThis position may require travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods of time.

    Basic Qualifications

    Current, active Secret security clearance. Must have no less than five (5) years of prior military special operations experience within the last ten (10) years.Must have relevant combat experience. Such relevant combat experience implies combat operation or campaign during which the they served in a SOF Military Occupational Specialty such as Army Career Management Field 18 series, Naval Special Warfare SEAL, or other Service Branch SOF equivalent.Verifiable combat experience (DD 214 listing campaigns, deployments).3+ years experience training forces in weapons handling, marksmanship, CQC, vehicle tactics, urban combat, perimeter defense, patrolling and land warfare tactics. Must be able to pass a psychological evaluation and drug test.Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.Professional proficiency in English is required.Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain Quattro liability insurance through a clean driving record. Must be a U.S. Citizen.Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.     Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree.Experience with Navy Special Operations boat unit.Experience as a range safety officer.Experience with conducting close quarters combat training.Experience developing training doctrine.SOF Qualification and SERE course completion.
