Position Overview Quartz is seeking experienced and dependable Construction Installers to support all phases of modular and manufactured home installation. This role involves hands-on construction work, equipment operation, and collaboration with crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This includes: Assisting with the setup, installation, and finishing of modular and manufactured homes Working closely with crew members and supervisors on active job sites Operating installation equipment and tools safely and effectively Supporting roof closure, structural fastening, and finishing work Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Framing exterior walls, roof decks, stairs, and structural components Installing Hardie board, LP siding, lap siding, exterior trim, and finish materials Building and repairing decks Installing interior trim, doors, and baseboards Assisting with punch list completion and overall project quality Key Responsibilities Set and install (block and level) modular and manufactured homes to foundations Perform framing and general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects Install siding, trim, doors, baseboards, and related finish materials Structurally fasten units and complete roof closure and shingling Install and secure gable walls, dormers, windows, and additional roof components according to plans Align roof sections and secure ridge boards and knee walls Operate specialized installation equipment such as House Tugs and Jaddes Maintain tools, materials, and equipment; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures Work collaboratively with crew members, subcontractors, and supervisors Represent Quartz professionally on customer job sites Assist with additional construction and installation tasks as assigned Must Have Construction and/or carpentry experience required Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Preferred Experience with modular or manufactured home installation Leadership or crew lead experience Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials Experience operating specialized installation equipment What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset Dependability and willingness to learn Ability to adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced field environments Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Commitment to safety and professionalism Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older
