  Responsibilities:

  
  

  Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organizationCold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunitiesMeet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your networkResearch and build relationships with new clientsEffectively manage accounts and maintain relationships with clientsSet up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/principalsEfficiently plan approaches and pitchesWork with team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectivesUse a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  
  

  
  

  The ideal candidate will have:

  
  

  Completed post-secondary education or equivalent experience1+ years of previous experience in a sales capacity is preferredExperience with Salesforce is an assetA natural ability to qualify leads quickly and accuratelyProven track record of exceeding personal sales targets as well as ability to build strong relationships with top level stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMust be an energetic, flexible, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality
