    Responsibilities:

    Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule (semi-monthly & monthly).Support payroll audits and compliance with company policies and regulations.Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, terminations, and promotions.Review and process employee expense reports in a timely manner.Maintain organized payroll files and documentation.Assist with benefits and deductions tracking as needed.Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll -related matters.Monthly review, reconciliation and authorization of payroll invoices including health benefits, 401k invoices and various other fringe benefit invoices.Ensure onboarding, payroll, and administration business systems (i.e., ADP, UKG, Paylocity) are updated and effectively automating business processes and adhere to company policies as applicable.Processes regular files feeds and maintenance of 401k and HSA vendors.Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    A minimum of 5 years' direct hands-on experience processing payroll using an enterprise-wide payroll system.Experience with Paylocity and/or UKG systems ideal.High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.High level of confidentiality and discretion.Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.Willingness to learn additional payroll systems and processes.Ability to work full time in our Leesburg or McLean, Virginia offices.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

    Preferred:

    Basic understanding of payroll concepts and compliance.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.     Responsibilities:

    Director, Accounting

    The Director of Accounting will serve as the senior accounting leader for the organization and a key member of the finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will be responsible for leading the accounting organization, developing staff, overseeing the monthly close and reporting processes, strengthening internal controls, and helping prepare the company for future strategic transactions.

    Industry & Compliance Support

    o Provide accounting leadership within a government contracting environment

    o Understand the unique characteristics of government contracting, including long-term contracts, secure environments, confidentiality requirements, and customer expectations

    o Maintain eligibility for a security clearance, if required

    o Support compliance with company, customer, and contractual requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

    • CPA required

    • A minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting leadership experience
