The Technical Account Manager is in charge of managing the relationship with Small and Medium Enterprise customers and the primary responsibility is to ensure the customer's satisfaction. The Post-Sales Account Manager (SME) will be responsible for renewing and upselling his/her client base quarterly and to ensure proper deployment of new and upsold services. The ideal candidate will have complete 360-degree ownership of Cloud, Container, Application, and AI Security product line end to end, both inbound and outbound product management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have experience of leading a globally distributed team of 10+ product leaders (VPs/Dirs) and have an experience of leading large multi-product portfolio. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in CNAPP and ASPM with some experience in AI, its ecosystem, and its emerging security needs. You will work closely with team members to align product roadmap plans with customer requirements within both the private sector and federal and government space. This leader will have the autonomy to shape Qualys' emerging security portfolio business, owning both product strategy and execution while working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams.
