Quality Ironworks has an immediate opening for an experienced Multi-Family Project Superintendent.
Working in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide field information and schedules to the support to team.Maintain and update project schedulesUpdate and maintain project forecastsComplete and turn in Field MeasurementsSchedule Installs with our contract installersVerify Installers have drawings and all necessary hardware for installQC all field installs prior to approval of payment.Review installers invoices and approve them on a weekly basis.Work with Detailing Project Mangers to coordinate production updates and changesPerform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Need to have knowledge of codes for stairs and rails.Osha Certified.Some Saturdays could be required to work and supervise a specific task.Capable of handling multiple projects.Occasionally working under stress.Must have experience working with Excel/ Word/ Microsoft OutlookHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredA team-player with the ability of communicate to all different members of the project team is essential
