As a part of our team, you'll work with others to greet guests warmly and check them in and out of our 80 room hotel, manage reservations and room assignmetns, and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, process payments and maintain accurate financial records, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs, answer phone calls and guest emails courteously, promptly and effectively communicate with management. General Summary Housekeeping is what gives hotels the "wow" factor.
