In This Role, You'll:
Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layoversDeliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customersLoad and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight roleComplete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperworkCommunicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team membersHandle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in complianceWhat You'll Bring:
Valid Class A CDL w/ current DOT medical card and at least 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience in food service or beverage delivery.Ability to lift 5 -75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow driversFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operationAbility to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations
The Schedule & Setting:
Dispatch Times: 10pm, and midnightWork 4-5 days depending on account w/ 10-15 stops per dayMust be available for nights, weekends, and holidaysAll trailers equipped with lift gates - no rampsTouch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbsPay & Benefits:
