Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established company based in Auburn that performs both residential and commercial construction. We are looking for qualified individuals with residential construction background to perform estimating and project management duties.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage insurance restoration projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Estimate construction costs accurately using industry-standard software such as Xactimate.Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills to generate reports, communicate project updates, and analyze data.Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations throughout the construction process.Assist and support all co-workers and cross train when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Current MA Construction Supervisor License a plus
Complete knowledge of all phases of construction and current building codes.
Experience in construction estimating; Xactimate experience is a plus.
Ability to effectively present and communicate information to clients, vendors, and employees.
Proficient in reading construction scopes/drawings, scheduling, and comprehending specifications to prepare cost estimates.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills.
