What You’ll DoRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionSource candidates using internal databases, job boards, and external recruiting strategiesCreate and maintain compelling job postings to drive candidate flowProactively recruit for current, upcoming, and high-demand rolesScreen, interview, and onboard candidates in alignment with Branch Operating ProceduresRepresent Qualified Staffing’s core values and service standards in all interactionsClient ServiceTake detailed job orders to fully understand client needs and expectationsMaintain consistent communication with clients to ensure high satisfactionResolve employee and client concerns quickly and professionallyCoach, counsel, and support contract employees to promote success and retentionBranch Operations & AdministrationAnswer incoming calls from candidates, employees, and clientsMaintain accurate and compliant employee and client recordsConduct reference checks, background screenings, and drug testingAssist candidates through the application and onboarding processEnsure payroll information is submitted accurately and on timeSupport company policies and compliance requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Branch ManagerWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of professional office experience (recruiting experience preferred)Working knowledge of employment laws and regulationsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to succeedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently while contributing to a teamWhy Join Qualified Staffing?With over 35 years of success, Qualified Staffing is committed to investing in our people.
