    Qualified Staffing is seeking a Quality Inspector for our client in Macon, GA.This position is responsible for inspecting parts throughout the manufacturing process, verifying quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and working closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)Payrate: $16-25/hour Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsInspect parts during and after the manufacturing processVerify completed work orders and documentationUse measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and tape measuresPerform quality checks on materials, parts, and assembliesSupport process improvement initiatives and quality standardsMaintain accurate records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office programsFollow all company safety policies and PPE requirementsWork closely with shop personnel and production teams to resolve issues
    Qualifications:2–5 years of Quality Inspector experience requiredExperience using measuring tools and inspection equipmentFamiliarity with CMM processes requiredKnowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and ISO 9001 standards requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systemsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
