Job Summary
We are looking for a Server who brings friendly energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow. As a member of the team, youll help give our guests a dining experience they will never forget
Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfactionGreets guests promptly, assist with menu selection, and makes recommendations when necessaryAccurately takes and places orders, delivering them promptly once preparedAddresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as neededMaintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shiftCompletes all side work as assignedAll other duties as assignedQualifications
Prior serving experience is preferred, but not requiredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periodsApply now and become a part of the team where chicken wings are serious but delicious business!
