    Job Description

    Remote opportunity; candidates MUST reside within Lincoln NE Territory as Primary; Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa and South Dakota, for occasional travel to client sites, as needed.

    We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Major Account Executive to lead the growth and adoption of Quadient solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations modernize their customer communications, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.

    Compensation: 

    Base salary ($65,000.00) + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$162k)  Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands workflow challenges, and is passionate about delivering value.

    Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Quadient business automation solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders)Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectivesPartner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution deliveryManage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closeStay current on industry trends, and Quadient product offeringsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systemsQualifications

    5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accountsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency with CRM tools Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
