    - Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure
    - Perform data entry and analysis of Maintenance Management System

    Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
    - 3-5 years of work related experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical fields
    - Experience with basic electrical systems (starters, fuses, contacts, relays)
    - Experience with product manuals (reading and applying knowledge to make repairs)
    - Experience with schematics (electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, and relays)
    - Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
    - Experience with reading mechanical drawings
    - Ability to communicate issues while also conveying solutions
    - Willing to extend your scheduled shifts in order to receive onsite or offsite training
    - Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment
    - Basic shop skills that include welding / metal fabrication
