Position Overview Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). The Product Support Personnel are responsible for establishing product support strategies that align with acquisition strategies as well as identifying the required infrastructures, processes, and procedures to maintain system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with integrating system engineering quantitative design characteristics with functional logistics/integrated product support elements to sustain system fielding. Responsibilities Provide skilled and experienced lifecycle logistics personnel to support cradle-to-grave development and sustainment including systems engineering, architecture development and decision making, integrated logistics planning and execution, acquisition assistance, and overall product support. Develop and refine product support requirements to facilitate informed decisions. Implement and manage support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of weapon systems, subsystems, and components. Knowledgeable in the implementation and execution of the twelve (12) Product Support Elements or PSE as well as Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System or FACTS and Defense Enterprise and Accounting Management System or DEAMS. Support the development and maintenance of technical order management and maintenance activities or TOMA including assisting with the development of new technical order development strategies as well as RFI, RFP, SOW, and PWS documentation. Required Qualifications Experience with establishing product support strategies that align with acquisition strategies. Experience with identifying required infrastructure, processes, and procedures to maintain system capabilities. Experience with integrating system engineering quantitative design characteristics (reliability, maintainability, etc.) with the functional logistics/integrated product support elements to identify product support resources. Prior experience with integrating the 12 product support elements along with procurement and budgeting strategy into logistics activities needed to sustain system fielding. Knowledgeable in Air Force, Space Force, and Space Systems Command logistics and financial systems and tools preferred. Experience Microsoft Office Suite. Position Overview QineitQ US is looking to hire an experienced Senior Principal Motor Controls Engineer to support QinetiQ's Maritime Solutions group at our Waltham, MA facaility. The Senior Principal Motor Controls Engineer will design, build, tune and troubleshoot end to end motor solutions for crewed / uncrewed, robotic platforms, and maritime systems. This includes component and system level engineering tasks, including the analysis, design, and integration of different electromagnetic systems for both defense and commercial applications. In this role, systems can span between compact underwater propulsion units for UUVs, multi-megawatt vehicle electrification efforts, large maritime platforms, and small to medium UGV robotics applications.
