Duties:
Provides facilities management, to include all C5ISR Center locations at Joint Base Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst. Facility management includes a full range of electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance services. Such services include minor alterations, building maintenance /improvement /repair, landscaping and snow removal, HVAC repair services, and oversight of facility operations. Organizes and plans maintenance tasks for restoring and maintaining C5ISR equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. Maintenance shall be conducted in accordance with equipment documentation, applicable technical specifications, and industry standard sound maintenance techniques and practices. Collects and processes operational and maintenance data for special reports and requests for information.Performs supply and warehousing activities that include requisition, receipt, control, storage, inventory, issuing and delivery of all equipment and material support at a specific facility. Conducts stock item research, issues parts/materials, and monitors item usage and quantity levels.Required Skills & Experience:
