    SUMMARY

    The position of Site Safety Manager reports directly to the Director of Safety and indirectly to the Project Manager, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position will work with site EPC personnel to implement and manage a proactive behavior-based approach to Health & Safety. The position is based on a project site and working hours will be as per the specific project. Travel: up to 90% as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work with site EPC personnel to implement and manage a proactive behavior-based approach to Health & Safety. This includes a strong emphasis on personal responsibility, incident prevention and a management systems approach to compliance. Supports the development of H&S policies, programs and procedures to establish a culture of health and safety. Ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, EPA, etc.). Coordinates OSHA reporting and posting requirements. Files all documentation required for the Safety Program File. Continuously evaluating employees and contractors practices, procedures to assess and reduce risks for the benefit of employees and contractors. Evaluates contractor's safety programs Oversee and enforce compliance with all OSHA, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations and maintain compliance with DOT regulations. Prepare and conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. Lead accident or mishap investigations to identify causes and recommend improvement opportunities and preventive and corrective measures. Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other analytical tools. Visit work areas to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, materials and adherence to work requirements. Perform periodic safety and health risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Organize, facilitate and report on meetings that focus on specific safety and health issues including regular Employee Safety Committee meeting. Manage and facilitate existing safety programs such as New-Hire training and contractor Safety Orientation. Manage site safety equipment needs and requirements. Recognize unsafe conditions, environmental or health hazards and take necessary steps to protect the public, employees, contractors and the environment. Develop, effectively utilize and comply with assigned safety budget. Assist employees and crews in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk for the Project. Provide or direct injury care for employees and contractors. Manage the Substance Abuse Program. Ensure that emergency response equipment is maintained in proper working condition. On a continuing basis, become familiar with federal, state and local regulations, statutes, orders and standards. Understand Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and ensure inspections are performed as per the site SWPPP Implement the Company Substance Abuse Policy in the jobsite. Participate in and contribute to project planning and hazard analysis Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of general construction experience 2 years managerial experience preferred 3 years of solar industry experience preferred Subcontractors' management experience Have an operational knowledge of construction safety, OSHA, ANSI, and other applicable standards, regulations, laws, and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience building relationships Detail oriented; sufficient to manage multiple priorities and tasks Knowledge of relevant HV Codes and regulations Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive and professional attitude FA/CPR/AED preferred OSHA 30/510 required OSHA 500 preferred CSP/CHST preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook Must have a valid current driver license

    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for leading environmental compliance planning, oversight, and execution for the construction of Solar PV and BESS projects. The role focuses on identifying, interpreting, and implementing environmental requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, and contractual obligations. In addition to direct project support, this position provides technical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to site-level Environmental Managers to ensure consistent, effective implementation of environmental programs across all assigned projects.

    This position reports to the EPC Associate Director of Environmental , or another management personnel designated by the President of the Company. The position may be based in Houston, TX or remote. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm local time, with overtime and weekend work required as project demands dictate. Travel of up to 40% is expected.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Review and evaluate Project Owner-provided environmental due diligence documentation during the preconstruction phase to identify compliance obligations, constraints, risks, and mitigation requirements. Document findings in an environmental due diligence review report and provide interpretation and guidance to Engineering and Project Teams, including coordination of environmental correspondence with Owners and stakeholders. Conduct or supervise third-party determination of EPC environmental regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with Owner permits, plans, and approvals. Verify that environmental requirements are accurately reflected in project design inputs, scopes of work, and upstream and downstream environmental contract exhibits. Generate or oversee third-party generation of project-specific environmental plans and deliverables, including Waste Management Plans, Vegetation Management Plans, and other environmental specific plans for use during construction of the project. Support the preparation, review, and implementation of environmental plans and permits, including SWPPP, SPCC, and other applicable federal, state, and local environmental permits. Translate project environmental requirements into Site-Specific Environmental Plans and implementation checklists for use during construction . Support integration of environmental requirements into construction sequencing and planning , as well as data collection for performance tracking . Provide supervision, mentorship, and technical support to site-level Environmental Managers, ensuring consistent environmental standards, reporting practices, and corrective action management across projects. Provide ongoing environmental compliance support throughout construction, including periodic on-site audits, performance assessments, and corrective action follow-up. Develop and manage environmental budgets, including cost estimating, forecasting, tracking, and coordination with Project Management and Project Controls teams. Perform environmental risk evaluations to identify compliance, schedule, and cost risks, and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with Project Teams. Represent EHSQ in meetings with internal teams, Clients, Subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation as required. Accountable for project environmental Key Performance Indicators for assigned projects . Serve as an internal environmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) and promote cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Construction, Civil, and Project Controls teams. Evaluate hazardous environmental conditions and coordinate cleanup, corrective, and remedial actions with Project Teams as necessary. Support Project Teams during regulatory inspections and audits, including response to findings, violations, or stop-work orders; collect documentation; and develop corrective action plans.     REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental compliance, including identification, interpretation, and implementation of regulatory and permit requirements. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of federal environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and related programs. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply environmental regulations across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. General e xperience with air, waste, and water permitting and compliance; specialized expertise in one or more environmental disciplines preferred. Experience with environmental due diligence, auditing, and risk assessment preferred. Environmental compliance experience within the construction, energy, or renewable energy industries preferred.     SUMMARY

    The Senior Manager of FP&A serves as a key strategic partner within the Finance organization, providing financial planning, forecasting, and analytical expertise to support data-driven decision-making across Qcells USA.

    Drive the development and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models, taking full ownership of deliverables. Deliver executive-ready insights on P&L performance, variance drivers, and business trends to support decision-making. Partner with Business Planning, Operations, and Corporate Finance to align forecasts with revenue recognition and project timelines. Build and maintain key dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting packages for leadership. Support M&A activities, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives as needed. Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure actuals are properly booked and reconciled against forecasts. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Sr. Director of FP&A.

    SUMMARY

    The Associate Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and treasury functions within the Corporate Finance team. This role includes managing financial closing, reporting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management to ensure accurate and timely financial results and effective working capital utilization.

    SUMMARY

    The Regional Safety Manager provides onsite safety inspections and oversite regarding solar projects to ensure standards are upheld. This position reports to the Associate Director of Health and Safety, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the Health and Safety programs by designing and implementing robust solutions to mitigate defined Health and Safety risks across the lifecycle of the PV Power Plants and BESS Plants, especially during construction. Health and Safety programs include among others supervision, auditing, inspections, and management review. Ensure the Health and Safety programs are up to date and in compliance with QCELLS USA standards, and Local, State and Federal Regulations. Develop and maintain Site-Specific Safety Plans. Manage all Health and Safety processes with our general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades and commissioning agents. Communicate with stakeholders to plan Health and Safety requirements and develop SafetyAudit plans. Identify Health and Safety Training needs and design and deliver Health and Safety Training for our employees and stakeholders.     REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    3 years of experience designing and implementing programs to manage Health and Safety operational risks, 3 years of experience preparing Site Specific Safety Plans, EHS Inspections, Work instructions and/or Methods of Statements. 3 years of experience identifying Health and Safety Training Needs, designing Training Programs and delivering Health and Safety Training.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Overall responsibility for all stages of million dollar+ construction projects Develop, manage and maintain project schedules and budgets throughout project lifecycle. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Track project progress, reporting, and key performance metrics Cost reporting-Prepare reports regarding the current status of a project to show estimated costs, revenues, and project timeline responsible for project reporting to both internal and external parties. Maintain scopes of work, standards and quotes from suppliers in accordance with on time, on budget approach. Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues, as needed.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Construction Management, Project Management, or related field 5+ years of professional experience managing the performance of medium-to-large construction projects, renewable energy projects preferred. Experience utilizing PM tools, organization and management of critical path and compliance documentation, and other deliverables. Abl e to read, analyze and understand design documents, blueprints, and Microsoft Project Schedules as well as Word, Excel and Outlook.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused leader to drive enterprise-level process improvement, operational optimization, and cross-functional efficiency. This role will diagnose operational bottlenecks, design streamlined workflows, and implement scalable solutions that enhance performance, reduce friction, and improve overall customer and employee experience. This role will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer / Head of Operations.

    This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Process Review & Redesign
    Conduct end-to-end assessments of existing processes, SOPs, and workflows across multiple business units. Identify inefficiencies, failure points, and non-standardized practices through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping. Develop improved processes using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
    Operational Optimization
    Partner with functional leaders to assess operational gaps and implement targeted improvement plans. Define KPIs and operational indices to track performance, productivity, and adherence. Support operational teams with problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and performance stabilization.
    Process Streamlining & Standardization
    Create and maintain clear, consistent procedures, documentation, and operational playbooks. Lead initiatives to eliminate redundant steps, reduce cycle time, and simplify user journeys. Ensure alignment between process design, systems capabilities, and execution realities.
    Cross-Functional Program Leadership
    Manage process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and change-management activities. Drive accountability through clear milestones, timelines, and reporting.
    Change Management & Adoption
    Promote a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement. Train teams on new workflows, controls, and best practices. Ensure new processes are embedded, measured, and iterated upon implementation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or other related activities. Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, business optimization, or related roles (financial services or fintech preferred). Strong background with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies; certification plus. Proven ability to map complex workflows and redesign processes for scalability and simplicity. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, including data-driven decision making. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience implementing change across multiple teams or business lines.
