Responsibilities: Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting services Overseeing multiple client engagements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives Translating client needs into actionable software solutions and providing comprehensive training and support Cultivating client relationships and maintaining executive-level interactions to drive business growth Mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders within the consulting team Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm Developing innovative ideas, solutions, and structures to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to address system-level enablers and drive change Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have: At least a Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of experience What Sets You Apart: Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth and innovation Leading enterprise integration and technology implementation projects Excelling in developing training materials and coaching future leaders Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where technology thrives Cultivating potential in others through mentorship and leadership Travel Requirements: Up to 80% The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
