More than just indoor mini golf, Puttshack leans on its ground-breaking technology to elevate the game while also serving world-class food and full bar in a cool environment. The Puttshack experience is really all about having fun – and doing something fun – together.

    Position Summary:

    Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Game Ambassador position is responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome on the courses, checking in reservations, and guiding the guest safely throughout the course for an exciting Puttshack game experience. The Game Ambassador is the champion of our technology infused mini-golf game and is responsible for explaining the rules of the game, answering any questions, and troubleshooting any issues throughout the guests’ gaming experience.

    Schedule/Hours:

    Our venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11am-1am with some variations. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, they may not always be guaranteed, and we value flexibility. All positions within our venue are variable schedules, meaning a typical schedule may be anywhere between 15 and 30 hours on a weekly basis depending on business needs and individual availability.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    Bring your 'A' Game each and every dayAssist with general cleanliness of the kiosks, game courses, and guest services areaAssist guests with checking in their game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the courseEnsure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment are in proper working orderTroubleshoot small issues on the course and escalate any problems to ManagementMaintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visitsComply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and proceduresTake direction and be a team playerFollow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate HandbookOther projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Must be 18+ years of age to applyPrior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fieldPassion for games and technologyHigh standards of guest serviceGood communication skills and ability to problem solveFriendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team membersSafely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements

    Physical Requirements:

    Position Summary:

    Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Server Assistant position is an essential part of the floor operation. It is the Server Assistant’s responsibility to get the food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, as well as cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables and golf courses. Server Assistants assist the service team in exceeding guest expectations by providing friendly and caring guest service. Teamwork, organization, and strong awareness while multi-tasking is a recipe for success in this position.

    Schedule/Hours:

    Our venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11am-1am with some variations. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, they may not always be guaranteed, and we value flexibility.
