Responsibilities:
Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customers' questions.24/7 Emergency response at customers' requests, performing necessary tasks.Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.Ensure client satisfaction.
