    Job Summary:


    Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operator will conduct all the daily activities associated with Trenchless pipe rehabilitation installation in a safe and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities:

    Checks and fuels vehicles and performs light mechanical adjustments and assists mechanic in performing repairs on assigned equipment.Sets up trench jacksDistributes notices to residents and businesses as instructedChips ManholesRepairs ManholesFuses PipeSets up winches and connect hosesAssists with install of liner, operates inverter, cut linerRestoration and clean upConnects servicesSets up equipmentLoads equipmentUtilizes all safety equipment and follow standard operating proceduresOther duties as assigned

    Experience and Qualifications:


    Incumbent must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the above responsibilities. Must demonstrate good communications and interaction skills. Must be accurate, detailed, reliable and able to follow orders on projects and tasks with minimal supervision. Must have ability to be proactive and trouble shoot. Solid understanding and knowledge of standard field pipe rehabilitation installation procedures. Must be able to work in extreme work environments, conditions and confined spaces. Position requires fit physical condition.

    Job Summary:

    The Mechanic will complete all repairs, preventative maintenance, programmed repairs and facility repairs to be in compliance with equipment/ facility reliability and standards. Maintenance mechanic will report any foreseeable problems to the Shop Manager.

    Position Summary:

    The Billing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate capture of project progress and billing data. This role is responsible for driving execution of the daily Quantity Tracker and Time Card processes, validating production, and pushing completed quantities through to billing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and thrives on moving projects toward financial completion with discipline and urgency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Complete Daily Quantity Tracker across all active projects, ensuring data is accurately entered, aligned with field production, and reviewed in coordination with Project Managers.Review and validate Daily Time Cards, ensuring labor hours, equipment usage, and production tie out properly with project scope and cost codes.     Under the direction of the RVP and Area Director, the Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, coordinate & budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with assigned contract or project. Participate in the conceptual development of a pipe rehabilitation project and oversee its organization scheduling, implementation and completion.


    Essential Job Accountabilities:

    Schedule the project in logical steps, and budget time required to meet deadlines.Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, engineers, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress- and cost-tracking reports.Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients representing the owner or developer.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of services provided, facilities, and systems.Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies on project sites.Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with municipal and safety codes and other regulations.Study job specifications to determine appropriate service methods.Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as cleaning or manhole repair.Confers with counterparts to assure successful & safe execution of project.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, with 3+ years specifically in Acumatica ERP.In-depth knowledge of Acumatica modules: Financials, Projects, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing and others.Proven experience with troubleshooting customizations, third-party integrations, and Acumatica automation workflows (business events, import/export scenarios).Acumatica certification(s) preferred.Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and basic querying.Strong documentation and communication skills.Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively under pressure.

    Under the direction and guidance of the Area Director (AD) or Regional Vice President (RVP), the Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the construction phase of assigned projects from beginning to end. The Project’s Manager’s primary objective is to coordinate with and support the project team, both internal and external, and monitor and record project progress.
