About the Role
The Front Desk Team plays a key role in supporting the manager and business by creating outstanding client experiences, building meaningful relationships, and driving membership sales. You’ll be the first impression of Purify—welcoming clients, educating them on infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy and contrast therapy, and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their wellness journey.
Health, wellness, or fitness experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients promptly and enthusiasticallyAnswer phones and emails; schedule and manage appointmentsEducate clients on infrared sauna therapy and explain health benefitsConduct facility tours and guide new clients through their first experienceBuild relationships that lead to new memberships and client retentionProcess payments and maintain accurate records in our sales systemSell memberships and retail productsFollow daily cleaning and task checklists (facility, restrooms, towels)Support smooth operations during busy and peak hoursWhat We’re Looking For

Studio hours:
