    About the Position:

    We are seeking a Service Engineer for our Phoenix, AZ office whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:

    Job Responsibilities:

    Performs routine maintenance (i.e. filter change, DI/Carbon exchange, RO cleaning, EDI cleaning & sanitization) on water treatment systems at customer facilitiesAssists Installation Department staff in commissioning/startup of new, central water systemsProvides thorough documentation of all work, parts, and time in accordance with SOPsCommunicates with Service Manager regarding service contract issuesMaintains effective, trusted working relationship with customersFollows customer contractor/visitor rulesUses safe work practices driving, in the shop, and at customer sitesMaintains customer systems leak-freeEscalates reoccurring breakdown and system design issues to the Service ManagerMaintains extraordinarily neat work areas, including vehicles, shop, and work sitesPerforms other duties, as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment service operations, preferably in customer-facing settingsStrong electrical and mechanical aptitude with some commercial/industrial experienceAbility to understand instrumentation and controlsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic & capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projectsGood computer skills (Internet Explorer, Word, Excel)High school diploma or GED

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team. This role is critical in managing the accounting functions of a dynamic organization involved in both service delivery and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost accounting, revenue recognition, inventory management, and financial reporting within a dual-industry environment.


    Key Responsibilities:


    General Accounting & Reporting

    Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.Work with the corporate finance team to maintain the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes; including reconciling intercompany/affiliate entity transactions.Responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members and being cross trained in their respective areas.Assist in the preparation of external review schedules.Responsible for sales tax: sales tax reporting accuracy through Avalara, registering, collecting and remitting sales tax as required.Book revenue and cost accruals at the request of service based accountants and reverse when needed.

    Cost, Inventory & Jobs/Projects (Manufacturing Focus)

    Utilizing the ERP system; create new jobs/projects, conduct month end/ year end close of jobs/projects, revenue recognition and invoice for jobs/projects as milestones are met

    Revenue & Service Accounting (Services Focus)

    Monitor revenue recognition for service contracts in accordance GAAPBook revenue and cost accruals at the request of service-based accountants and reverse when needed.

    Compliance & Controls

    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings (including income tax, sales tax, property tax and annual report/business registration filings)Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies, and recommend enhancements as needed.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or experience in lieu of degree).5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in both service and manufacturing sectors.Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills (being able to demonstrate advanced Excel skills in the interview process as required).Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


    Preferred Skills:
