What you’ll do:
Install projects with the supervision of a foreman and managers.
Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery
Help the foreman work with laborers
Oversee outdoor and indoor construction projects
Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your
leadership skills
Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction
What is required:
Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate construction equipment
Experience in general construction... framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors,
windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
Physical ability to work in all seasons
A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Bilingual candidates are a plus

homes, leading a team, and seeing the tangible results of your work.

Overview:
Join an award-winning team. Drywall Medics is looking for a new Foreman. This is a full time job with full time compensation. If you’re someone who has developed the skill for the trade, We are now accepting applications to grow our team. 1-2 new applicants will be hired. This opportunity will not last long! We are offering MORE than competitive wages and plenty of free time.
Duties
• Manage 1-2 people
• Manage a schedule and stay on time with projects
• Work directly with project estimators to review homeowners wants and needs.
• Travel from project to project.
• Be the face of our company!
Skills
• Must be able to communicate professionally, Train new installers, preform drywall installs in a timely manner.
• A valid drivers licenses
