As a Wellness Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, creating genuine connections, delivering exceptional hospitality, and inspiring healthier lifestyles. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter while helping build Fishtown's premier destination for smoothies, juices, and wellness.

What You'll Do
Welcome every guest with warmth, positive energy, and genuine hospitality.Create genuine connections with every guest through exceptional hospitality, making Pure Green part of their daily wellness ritual.Guide every guest through the Pure Green experience by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every visit is memorable.Prepare premium smoothies, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and sourdough toast with consistency, care, and attention to detail.Become a product expert by maintaining knowledge of our menu, seasonal offerings, ingredients, wellness benefits, allergens, and dietary information to confidently educate every guest.Promote the Pure Green Rewards app by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrollment to enhance their experience and build long-term loyalty.Deliver a seamless checkout experience by accurately processing guest orders and payments through our Square point-of-sale (POS) system.Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality while following proper food handling procedures and preventing cross-contamination.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming juice bar, including the front counter, dining area, patio, restrooms, online pickup area, and all guest-facing spaces.Restock ingredients, retail merchandise, utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies to keep the juice bar fully stocked, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day.Ensure online, pickup, and third-party delivery orders are prepared accurately, organized, and fulfilled on time.Assist with opening, closing, front-line setup, breakdown, inventory, and daily operations.Proactively anticipate guest needs, take initiative, and support your teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience.Embrace continuous learning with a growth mindset and a desire to expand your knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and hospitality.Be comfortable participating in Instagram Stories, Reels, photos, and other social media content that showcases the Pure Green Fishtown experience.Assist with opening, closing, inventory, restocking, and daily operations.Embrace continuous learning with a growth mindset and a desire to expand your knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and hospitality.Be comfortable participating in Instagram Stories, Reels, photos, and other social media content that showcases the Pure Green Fishtown experience.

Required
2+ years of experience delivering exceptional guest experiences in hospitality, fitness, concierge, wellness, or a similar guest-focused environment preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems and fulfill guest needs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude.Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 30 pounds.Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Pennsylvania Food Handler Certificate required. If you do not have one at the time of hire, it must be obtained within your first two weeks of employment. Pure Green Fishtown will reimburse the cost upon successful completion.Commitment to upholding Pure Green's standards, culture, and values.Availability to participate in paid pre-opening training prior to our grand opening is required.Preferred
Experience using Square POS or a similar point-of-sale system.Some college coursework preferred.Community engagement or involvement in local fitness, wellness, or neighborhood organizations is a plus.Experience with social media content creation (photos, Reels, Stories) is a plusWhat Success Looks Like
