Position Summary:As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified CDL-A Company. Drivers and Owner Operators to support our continued growth.You will develop recruiting pipelines, build relationships with prospective drivers, attend recruiting events, manage onboarding, and work closely with Operations and Safety to ensure every new hire has a successful experience. This is a performance-driven position with excellent earning potential through our monthly bonus program.
Primary Responsibilities:Recruit Company Drivers, Owner Operators, Fleet Owners, Fleet Drivers, and Team Drivers. Build and maintain a strong weekly recruiting pipeline.Source candidates using Tenstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, driver referrals, text/email campaigns, truck stops, truck shows, and driver appreciation events.Conduct phone interviews and pre-qualify applicants. Review driver qualifications and DOT requirements.Guide applicants through orientation and onboarding.Assist drivers with onboarding paperwork and required documentation.Maintain applicant records within Tenstreet and Paylocity.Work closely with Fleet Owners to help seat trucks and grow their fleets.Coordinate with Safety, Operations, HR, and Driver Payroll.Submit referral bonuses and recruiting incentive documentation.Participate in weekly recruiting meetings and KPI reviews.
Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (driver recruiting preferred).Transportation or trucking experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT hiring requirements preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Compensation:Competitive Base Salary ($50,000–$60,000, based on experience).Monthly Performance Bonus.Uncapped Earning Potential.
