    POSITION:

    The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    POSITION OVERVIEWThe General Manager is the heart and soul of one or multiple FRA studios. The General Manager is a key influencer in building the Pure Barre brand, runs the daily operations and long-term strategies of the assigned studio(s), and oversees all studio assistant sales managers and front desk sales associates at those studios. This position is integral to the FRA team and will participate in company-wide committees and initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSalesDrive studio membership, package, and retail sales to meet or exceed revenue goalsMaintain active leadership presence, assist, and coach front desk sales team through the sale process to meet or exceed revenue goalsImplement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesGenerate new leads using grassroots marketing, networking and paid social media campaignsUtilize POS system (ClubReady) to generate sales, run revenue and sales reports, track client journeys and identify opportunities to grow client loyaltyCommunicate monthly revenue goals to staff; update staff on progress throughout the monthCalculate month-end commission totals for sales team and submit to payroll managerReview monthly P&L; understand studio revenue and expenses to improve studio profitabilityLeadership/Time ManagementAvailability includes days, nights and weekends working in the studio in order to connect with staff and clientele. In-studio hours will include at least one night and one weekend day per week. Training and scholarships are available to become a Pure Barre Teacher. 

    POSITION: 

    The purpose of the Pure Barre Teacher is to provide safe, effective barre instruction in accordance with all Pure Barre guidelines and expectations. We are looking for a team player that provides a safe, friendly, and professional environment.

    Background fitness or group fitness instruction knowledge are preferred, but not required. This is a hourly position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift. The Teacher reports to the Lead Teacher.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    Familiarity with dance/barre and musicalityAbility to learn and manage the Club Ready software systemUp-to-date CPR/AED training Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety and alignment Pleasant, professional demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skillsWarm, welcoming, and engaging personality Proven public speaking skills Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically in relation to Pure Barre Team player Passion for learning and willingness to attend continuing education trainings and seminarsPunctual and reliable Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environment Consistently uses excellent judgment Ability to work harmoniously with clients, management, and instructors Professional and neat Trustworthy and maintains client confidentiality Strong problem-solver Ability to build strong customer relationships Self-motivated and takes initiativeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient computer skills Authorization to work in the United States

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Teach at least 5-6 classes each week Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and make recommendations to management about updates Stay up-to-date with and implement Pure Barre educational standards at all times Provide Pure Barre instruction to private classes as requested by manager Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, ankle/wrist weights, platforms, resistance tubing, and mats Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed and studio promotions to generate new business Maintain honesty and integrity Other duties as assigned 

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, work with fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions Must be able to lift 20lbs and be able to move/push equipment as neededVisual acuity required Prolonged standing Must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate well with others both one-on-one and in front of groups Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately Strong reasoning ability; able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions; able to deal calmly and logically with problems and people, even under pressure.

    POSITION: 

    The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing excellent customer service to current members. 

    Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This is a part-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift.
