    We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager, to oversee our core technology. In this role, you will lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure across our facilities, including facility set up and physical security systems. Additionally, you will own the entire lifecycle of IT procurement, vendor relations, application maintenance, and digital asset management, while supervising local IT staff to ensure exceptional support for all employees.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategic IT Infrastructure and Operations

    End-to-End Management: Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, document, and optimize all network, telephony, server, storage, and cloud device hardware and software to meet current and future business goals.Facility Readiness: Lead the end-to-end IT setup for new and current facilities, including structured cabling, server room design, and hardware deployment.Specialized Networking and Security: Design and optimize high-density wireless networks tailored for Distribution Centers/Warehouses and manage the deployment of IP-based CCTV networks.Risk and Mitigation: Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, and define critical paths to ensure business continuity.Headquarters and Intranet Alignment: Manage the company’s intranet (KWP) and coordinate directly with global headquarters regarding system migrations and broader IT-related operations.

    Hands-on Support, Systems Maintenance and Applications

    Employee Support: Provide hands-on support for employees, including remote users, and oversee daily IT operations with the assistance of the IT helpdesk staff in each facility.Software Lifecycle Management: Manage upgrades, performance tuning, functionality enhancements, security, data validation, and general maintenance of application software and operating systems.Troubleshooting: Rapidly resolve server and software-related problems, ensuring user issues relative to all corporate software are handled in a timely manner.Escalation Management: Partner and work with external IT solutions providers for critical issues or advanced functions that cannot be supported internally.

    Purchasing, Asset Management and Governance

    IT Procurement: Manage the evaluation, sourcing, and purchasing of all IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, switches, printers, and mobile devices).Asset and License Tracking: Maintain local hardware inventory, software licenses, and all systems documentation (such as checklists, procedures, playlists, and warranty information).Account Management: Act as the primary administrator for ISPs, internet domain registrations, and corporate SaaS accounts (e.g., Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365).

    Leadership and Project Execution

    Team Supervision: Mentor and provide clear operational direction to IT staff located across each facility.Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with and execute ad-hoc IT operations-related projects assigned by leadership.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Bilingual skills in Korean required.5+ years’ experience in network administration, information systems and management of information systems.Experience with or knowledge of operating systems (Outlook 365, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), server, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.Strong understanding of network protocols, VLANs, routing, and telephony systems.Proven experience deploying wireless networks in warehouses or distribution center environmentsExperience with server administration, storage systems and cloud device integration.Ability to develop and integrate metrics into projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of IT to the business.Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work and excel within a faced paced, dynamic work environment.This is a fully on-site position in our Buena Park office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

    Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

    Lead and oversee daily production operations by directing Production Supervisors in workforce planning, labor allocation, and shift coverage to ensure operational efficiency and productivity; proactively address absenteeism and attendance issues.Own and monitor production workforce attendance trends and labor utilization, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements.Manage daily production performance by reviewing output, efficiency, and downtime; identify gaps and drive corrective actions in collaboration with supervisors and cross-functional teams.Ensure readiness and availability of key production materials, equipment, and resources to prevent production delays and support continuous operations.Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors related to production operations, including equipment, consumables, and service providers.Develop, review, and maintain production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs for production staff to support skill development, safety, and operational excellence.Prepare, analyze, and present production reports, KPIs, and updates for management meetings and operational reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies, Safety Rules, GMP, and regulatory standards by conducting regular audits, inspections, and corrective follow-ups.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or food production, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing production teams.Proven experience managing Production Supervisors and leading multi-shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage workforce planning, labor allocation, and attendance management in compliance with company policies and labor laws.Experience analyzing production KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime, labor utilization) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and ensuring operational consistency.Ability to lead training initiatives to enhance employee performance, safety awareness, and technical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally (QA, Maintenance, SCM, HR).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP or production management systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support production operations.

    The Food Scientist II is responsible for leading new product development and continuous improvement initiatives for the plant-based food category, with a focus on tofu products. This role manages projects from concept through commercialization, collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners, oversees quality and manufacturing process improvements, and drives innovation to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective products that meet consumer and business needs. The position also supports supplier and co-packer development, monitors market trends, and applies food science expertise to enhance product performance and operational excellence.

    Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    Manage new product development from concept through commercialization for Plant based food category, with a focus on tofu.Provide product excellence management from manufacturing process improvement and co-packing products as assigned.Maintain development and maintenance of QMS for assigned products.Lead process improvement for quality and cost reduction; troubleshoot for product quality and productivity; monitor product quality and improvement of co-packing and import items in the areas needed.Research and identify new materials, suppliers, and co-packers for new projects and existing product lines.Work with vendors, process engineers, food scientists, packaging engineers, R&D chefs and marketing specialists to understand available technology and provide ideas, solutions, and alternatives to meet food safety, quality, costs, and customer requirements.Identify prospective co-packers as needed for NPD project assigned, conduct scale-up testing and launch products working cross-functionally.Provide update of progress and status of all formal R&D projects by utilizing project management skill sets in line with NPD process.Maintain awareness of market trends and comparative products from all major retailers/competitors and recommend product development ideas in line with those trends and coordinate interdepartmental activities.Apply a wide range of food science and technology, microbiology and chemistry knowledge to identify the root-causes of product defects and propose preventive actions.Assist with special project assignments as needed.

    Skills / Qualifications:

    B.S degree in food science/food technology or similar is required.Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a food manufacturing company. Plant based food or tofu industrial experience preferred.Knowledge and experience working with vendors for new ingredient/alternate supplier sourcing.Experience in food product development and commercialization, with experience in processing and process flow design.Food packaging application experience a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with NPD process a plus.Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional groups.Bilingual in Korean a plus.This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Fullerton location.     The Key Account Management Specialist is responsible for processing and managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer expectations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order entry, inventory availability, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills to track order trends, identify demand patterns, and provide insights to optimize order fulfillment processes. By leveraging data, the specialist will help improve forecasting accuracy, reduce order discrepancies, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

    Order Processing & Fulfillment

    Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper pricing, SKU#, order quantity, and delivery schedules.Monitor and track orders from receipt to shipment, proactively addressing delays or issues.Track product inventory to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Verify and process order adjustments, returns, and credits in compliance with company policies.Experience with EDI using customer portal for order management.Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate order fulfillment execution.Generate invoices with accurate shipped quantity and price.

    Customer Processing & Fulfillment

    Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

    Collaborate with inventory and demand planning teams to ensure order accuracy and product availability.Identify and escalate potential stock shortages, production delays, or quality issues that may impact order fulfillment.Assist in maintaining order forecasts based on customer demand and historical trends.Understand customer demand and ordering patterns, including promotions, to support production planning through sales data analytics.

    Compliance & Documentation

    Ensure all orders comply with food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary order-related documentation.

    Skills/Qualifications

    The Senior Logistics Analyst will be the driving force behind our transportation procurement, carrier management, and freight analysis. This role will oversee the end-to-end movement of goods including carrier selection, bidding and contract negotiations, and the resolution of transportation claims. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout the supply chain and translating shipment analysis into actionable cost-savings and operational efficiencies.

    Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    RFP Management

    Lead the end-to-end RFP process for transportation procurement (TL, LTL, cross-border freight), including data preparation, market analysis, carrier selection, scenario modeling, and award implementation.Build clear bid packages, including lane specs, service requirements, accessorial definitions, and operational expectations.Manage bid distribution, Q&A, and communication with carriers.Compare carrier proposals against baselines and market benchmarks, while identifying outliers, unrealistic rates, and hidden cost risks.Develop annual, quarterly, and mini-bid strategies based on market conditions, capacity trends, and business needs.Partner with Operations, Finance, and Sales to align RFP goals with service and cost targets.

    Implementation & Performance Management

    Oversee carrier onboarding, rate uploads, and TMS configuration.Monitor tender acceptance, service performance, and cost trends post-award.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key carriers.Adjust routing guides and carrier allocations as needed.

    Supply Chain Optimization

    Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities, structural inefficiencies, and market trends to optimize routing and budgeting.Develop and maintain carrier scorecards and monitor key metrics like On-Time Delivery, tender acceptance rates, and billing accuracy.Analyze logistics data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reports for management to identify areas for improvement.

    Data Analysis & Cost Modeling

    Clean, validate, and structure 12-24 months of shipment history (lanes, volumes, accessorial, PCF, dwell, weight).Build lane-level baselines and cost-to-serve models.Analyze carrier bids using cost, service, and operational fit criteria.Create scenario models (cost-optimized, service-optimized, hybrid).

    Compliance and Risk Management

    Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, trade laws, and customs procedures to minimize risks and penalties.Review cargo liability, claims history, and safety performance.Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations, while maintaining audit-ready documentation for all bid events and carrier agreements.

    Vendor Management

    Evaluate, vet and onboard strategic transportation partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.Conduct periodic performance reviews with vendors and negotiate service contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.

    Job Description:

    Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    Oversee overall maintenance operations for production equipment, machinery, and facility/utility systems.Develop and manage maintenance strategies related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Manage preventive maintenance (PM) and repair maintenance programs to ensure stable operation of production equipment and compliance with food safety standards.Lead troubleshooting and technical support for key production equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, sensors, PLCs, and automation control systems.Develop preventive maintenance plans, manage schedules, and monitor execution to minimize equipment downtime.Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Production, QA, Engineering, and Sanitation departments to improve equipment efficiency and productivity.Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals, and manage equipment replacement, calibration, and line setup activities.Manage equipment history, work orders, and maintenance data within MES and Maintenance Management Systems.Lead new equipment installation, commissioning, CAPEX projects, and equipment upgrade projects.Manage tool and spare parts inventory systems, including purchasing and cost control.Manage external vendors and contractors, including reviewing and approving service, parts, and equipment quotations.Maintain equipment readiness to minimize impact on production operations.Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and other safety and food safety regulations.Manage compliance and training related to safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry.Lead maintenance-related audit responses and documentation management.Oversee emergency response and support related to wastewater treatment facilities and utility systems.Supervise maintenance mechanics and related personnel, including work assignments, training, performance management, and skill development.Drive equipment efficiency improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.Perform other maintenance-related duties based on plant operations and organizational needs.

    Qualifications / Skills:

    Minimum 5–8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Manager role.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.Experience managing maintenance operations within food manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments preferred.Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA regulations, and audit response experience preferred.Experience with boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, utility systems, and wastewater treatment systems preferred.Strong maintenance organization and personnel management skills.Strong project management and prioritization skills.Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, budgeting, and cost management skills.Must be able to travel as required.Must be available for weekends, night shifts, and emergency response situations.Bilingual in Korean is preferred
