We are looking for a dependable and organized Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team. This position supports daily office operations, medical billing and coding activities, and administrative tasks in a professional healthcare setting.

What You’ll Do
Perform medical billing and coding functions, including claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up
Review coding accuracy and assist with resolving claim issues or denials
Organize and maintain patient, billing, and office records
Support daily administrative tasks and incoming requests
Track assignments and follow through on open items
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external contacts
Help identify and resolve routine billing or documentation issues
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in medical billing and coding
Experience in a healthcare or administrative office setting
Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
Comfortable working with documentation and records
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative
Compensation & Benefits
$16.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Basic benefits available after 90 days of employment
