    We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our growing Legal Department as Corporate and Entity Management Specialist. The Corporate and Entity Management Specialist will be a key member of the legal team, primarily focused on effectively maintaining and overseeing the corporate governance and subsidiary management activities of our over 400 subsidiaries, as well as supporting the Company’s other corporate and commercial legal needs. You will report to the Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Securities and will work collaboratively with other members of the Legal Department, the Tax Department, and colleagues across the Company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in entity management and a strong understanding of one or more of (1) public company or large private company corporate governance and operations, (2) joint venture operations and support, and (3) commercial contracts.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Entity ManagementSupport the organization, maintenance, and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.Maintain corporate records, including the appointment of officers and directors; charters, bylaws, LLC agreements, and other organizational documents; annual and special meeting minutes and consents; and intercompany agreements.Ensure all information is accurately updated and maintained in our entity management databases.Governance and Compliance; Authority RequestsPrepare and deliver certificates of secretary, incumbency certificates, and other documents related to officer and entity authority and property ownership and transfers.Order and manage the delivery of good standing certificates and certified entity documents.Support KYC, business license, and DBA processes. Support other compliance needs.General Corporate MattersAssist with contract reviews, legal research, due diligence, and document management.Assist with documentation and closing of various commercial and strategic transactions, which may include financing, M&A/joint ventures, and others.Support the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel with Board administration and requests from Trustees.Assist with the preparation and posting of materials for the Public Storage Board of Trustees.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

    Additional Information

    Compensation

    Base Pay Range: $105,000 to $130,000

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.

    Job Description

    Public Storage is seeking a skilled maintenance worker to perform cleaning and minor repairs at its 120,000SF corporate office. The successful candidate will have proven custodial and maintenance experience, be skilled in the use of power and hand tools, have an eye for detail, and strong organizational and follow up skills. 

    Responsibilities: 

    Conduct routine inspections of the premises and equipment. 

    Handle basic repairs and preventative maintenance 

    Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary 

    Perform preventative maintenance 

    Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections. 

    Coordinate fire service vendors for annual and quarterly sprinkler inspections. 

    Coordinate the collection and removal of sensitive documents bi-weekly with service provider. 

    Assist with meeting room set up and take down 

    Coordinate maintenance of office plants weekly with the service provider. 

    Make minor paint repairs (spackle, sand, paint) 

    Hang pictures and whiteboards as directed. 

    Receive deliveries and keep area clean and organized. 

    Replace batteries for soap fixtures, clocks, and other equipment as needed. 

    Observe and report security issues such as trespassers, theft, and vandalism. 

    Maintain air filters placed throughout the building  

    Organize and rotate supply stock as directed 

    Other duties as assigned 

    Qualifications

    At least 5 years’ experience is preferred. High School diploma or GED required.  

    Ability to lift 50 lbs. required  

    Computer literate  

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

    Able to operate a computer and various software applications 

    Able to maintain basic written records 

    Must apply safe work practices 

    Must be organized with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment, common sense, and initiative. 

    Must provide efficient customer service and communicate clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing. 

    Ability to climb ladders 

    Able to change ceiling tiles and light bulbs 

    Ability to move file cabinets and small furniture

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic legal professional to join our team as Litigation & Operations Counsel.  This role will be an instrumental member of the team managing the company's litigation, as well as providing comprehensive strategic legal advice to our field operations team and other functions on a wide range of business, compliance, regulatory, and other issues. The ideal candidate will be a proactive legal partner able to navigate the complexities of our business environment with integrity and strategic acumen.  Additionally, the role will involve consulting with business units on compliance, risk mitigation, addressing customer issues, responding to government inquiries, and managing and reporting on legal operations and budget matters.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and over 3-5 years of relevant private practice and/or in-house experience. They will be a business-minded attorney, a strong and decisive negotiator, an efficient multi-tasker, and a skilled people and project manager.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new legal areas, providing practical and business-oriented counsel. While not required, experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

    Public Storage currently has an excellent opportunity for a Development Director to be based in Frisco, TX. The Development Director will report to the Vice President of Development. The successful candidate will work with the VP to take our projects from concept to completion. Successful candidate will participate with team members on acquisition, city/county coordination, site and building design, permitting, design meetings, construction administration and acts as the representative of the owner. This position will be responsible for preparation of site investigation reports, cost at completion reports, project status reports and maintaining project files. The successful candidate will have knowledge of real estate transactions, general contracting methods, be detail oriented and purpose driven to set and meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities
