This role is responsible for delivering high-impact consulting services while also driving revenue growth through client expansion, solution upsell, and identification of new business opportunities, representing approximately 20-25% of the position's overall focus. A core and differentiating expectation of this role is the ability to understand, lead, and manage large, complex, and often custom technology implementations, including enterprise platforms, data systems, and integrated solutions that support regulatory, operational, and educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities End User Support (Tier 2 and Tier 3) + Serve as a primary PCG point of contact for end user support in TN PULSE through Zendesk + Effectively identify system defects by troubleshooting in the system and reviewing technical documentation.
