    Customer Success Manager - Empower Innovation with Onshape

    Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on helping customers succeed? At Onshape, we're redefining how products are designed with our cloud-native CAD platform-and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers unlock its full potential. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, guiding them from onboarding through renewal. You'll be their strategic partner, ensuring they achieve measurable value and become long-term advocates for Onshape.

    Responsibilities:

    PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $89,000-115,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.     Job Summary:

    This position resides in the Plant. Provide competent support and resources to all plant manufacturing, planning and related services to maximize operating efficiencies. The incumbent will report to the Regional General Manager.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all areas of production planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Shipping and receiving to meet the goals and objectives of the Company. Responsible for production, productivity, quality and safety of all plant personnel and visitors. Responsible for application of continuous improvement philosophies to plant production and maintenance activities. Responsible for selection and training of Department Managers and Supervisors. Directs the activities of Department Managers to insure maximum effectiveness in meeting customer quality and delivery. Develop and maintain training for Department Managers and shop personnel to ensure the continuous improvement of our product to meet customers' escalating requirements of quality, service and value. Maintain close surveillance over operation through staff meetings and reports to determine where improvements can be made. Direct, advise, and expedite manufacturing and related problems by cooperative efforts with Engineering, Quality Control, or other departments to resolve and implement corrective action. Keep abreast of new technical or other developments (processes, methods, equipment) and make recommendations for their possible use in the operation. In conjunction with production planning, establishes proper staffing. Through Department Managers and Supervisors, ensures consistency in administering Company Rules and Contract Agreements, also works toward developing harmonious employer / employee relations. Attends Safety meetings and promotes safe work conditions and employee safety habits and when necessary, enforces safety rules and regulations. Monitors performance and conditions relating to safety program. Reviews accident and safety investigation reports and determines that preventative measures are being taken. Establishes department operation budget for shipping. Monitors Department Managers and Supervisors attendance and tardiness problems taking appropriate action when necessary. Handles disputes that may arise per the Union Contract. Conduct self in a courteous and professional manner.

    Performs duties to promptly troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Receives assignments from Maintenance Supervisor or, in his absence, the Plant Engineer or Shift Supervisor.

    Remove, repair, install, and adjust all types of parts on plant machinery so equipment functions properly. Examine machine problems and promptly advise Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Engineer, or Shift Supervisor of findings. Manufacture simple parts as necessary to repair existing machinery and install new machinery. Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Install and repair plumbing. Direct and instruct Maintenance Repairman "B". Performs duties and responsibilities with a minimum of supervision. Work overtime as needed. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and procedures on equipment. Receive and store tools and spare parts. Maintain Parts Crib in a clean and orderly condition. Use large variety of hand tools and power tools. Communicates with employees of other shifts regarding status of operations, equipment, repairs, tooling, etc. Conduct work in a safe, orderly, and clean manner. Assumes various other duties at the direction of the shift supervisor.

    Years of Experience: Verifiable evidence of previous experience and/or training in industrial maintenance, including all of the follow trades: electrical, mechanical, welding and cutting, hydraulic, and pneumatics. Qualified as a forklift operator.
