The Role
PSX is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow a defined territory through consultative, integrator-side sales of electronic and/or physical security solutions.
This role is designed for a hands-on, field-based seller who is comfortable working independently and owning deals end-to-end from prospecting and site walks through solution concept, proposal, negotiation, and close.
This position does not require engineering or CAD work. However, it does require the ability to consult with clients on system layout and device placement for example, confidently recommending where cameras, access points, or perimeter devices should go based on site conditions and risk.
CAD designers and engineers finalize drawings and specifications, but the Account Executive must own the solution concept and client-facing recommendations.
This is a hybrid role with frequent in-person meetings and site visits, balanced with flexibility to work remotely when not in the field. Occasional in-office time is expected for collaboration and training.
Territory alignment is flexible based on experience and location, with a focus on the Cleveland region.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined territory by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new businessDevelop net-new customer relationships and expand opportunities within existing accountsConduct site walks to assess risk, understand environments, and identify security needsConsult with customers on system layout and device placement (e.g., cameras, access points, barriers, turnstiles)Define solution concepts, technology recommendations, and overall scope prior to engineering reviewCollaborate with engineering, CAD, and operations teams to refine and finalize designsPresent solutions, develop proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close dealsManage the full sales lifecycle with accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity trackingMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needsRepresent PSX at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as neededRequired Experience & Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targetsExperience owning a territory and managing deals from prospecting through closeDirect experience consulting on system layout or device placement for installed security, low-voltage, or infrastructure solutionsComfort conducting site walks and making client-facing recommendationsStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency with CRM tools and standard business softwareWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryBachelors degree preferred but not requiredPreferred Background (Nice to Have)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Parking & Security Field Technician to support installation, service, and maintenance of parking, access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage systems throughout the Denver area.
This is a field-based role for someone with hands-on low-voltage, CAT5, or CAT6 cabling experience who is interested in building a career in parking and security systems. Prior electronic security experience is helpful, but not required.
Technicians spend approximately 90% of their time in the field and 10% handling documentation, coordination, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Install and service parking, access control, CCTV, and related low-voltage systemsPull, terminate, label, and test CAT5/CAT6 and other low-voltage cablingAssist with device installation, setup, testing, and system commissioningTroubleshoot basic field issues with support from senior technicians and project teamsRead basic drawings, work orders, and project specificationsComplete job documentation, testing notes, and closeout items accuratelyCommunicate professionally with project managers, service teams, and customersParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekendsQualifications
