Our upscale men’s grooming lounge is seeking a Sales Concierge to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our business. You’ll work alongside creative professionals and serve an amazing membership base in a refined, high-energy setting.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver elevated, concierge-level customer service
Manage scheduling and appointments with precision
Handle member check-ins, payments, and product transactions
Maintain a smooth front-of-house experience
Problem-solve on the fly and keep operations running seamlessly
Support the team in creating an exceptional member experience

Strong communication skills (in person and over the phone)
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
