Using thorough up-to-date knowledge of the process and equipment for which they are responsible, plans work and production for the shift.2. Ensure associates have the needed raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and training to meet production requirements.3. Observe and hold associates accountable for safety adherence, efficiency, overall production performance, following instructions and procedures to reduce scrap usage and waste. Evaluate process, work performance on each associate, and make recommendations. 5. Keep records during each shift on attendance, absence, call-ins, and overtime schedule and accurately approve associate time in ADP. 6. Handle the first step grievances within assigned shift in accordance established policy.7. Work Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am to 3pm Pay Rate starts at $19.69 Responsibilities Empty trash and recycling containers Clean and sanitize restrooms Sweep, mop, and maintain hallway floors Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and reflective surfaces Dust surfaces, equipment, rails, ledges, and common areas Maintain breakroom and common spaces Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies Identify and address cleanliness issues proactively Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Perform periodic inspections of assigned areas throughout the shift Qualifications Preferred: Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience Experience working independently Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, commercial, or hospitality environments Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, and similar cleaning equipment Required: Reliable attendance Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize work and maintain standards throughout a shift Successful employees: Consistently maintain clean facilities throughout the day Notice issues without being asked Take pride in the quality of their work Produce streak-free, well-finished results Follow established standards and procedures Job Offer Fraud Alert We take the security of our candidates seriously.
