Entry-Level Account Executive Promotion Track
Pay Rate: $55,000 – $65,000 plus commission
Full-Time, Onsite - Office Location: 550 Reserve Street, #480, Southlake, TX 76092 (potential for hybrid opportunities after six months for the right candidate)
About the Role:
ProviderScience is offering a unique opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) role through a structured ramp-up program. This position begins with a 6-month Sales Development Representative (SDR) phase, during which you’ll focus on prospecting and lead qualification. If you meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) during this ramp-up period, you’ll be promoted into a full AE position with expanded responsibilities and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Book discovery and demo meetings for the sales team
· Collaborate with Sales Team on pipeline development and closing strategies
· After promotion: Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
· Create and present strategic sales content (presentations, proposals, etc.)
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
· Conduct 100+ outbound leads daily and qualify prospects
· Utilize various channels for outreach, including email, phone, and social media
· Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate CRM records
· Partner with Senior AEs to strategize deal closures
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of sales experience
· Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
