Providence Behavioral Health West is seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the organization. It provides specialized behavioral health care for adolescents through Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Our team uses evidence-based approaches like Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and family systems to support high-acuity patients with mood disorders and behavioral challenges. Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 36 patient-facing hours; limited weekend rotation. Clinical Mix: Pathways Program (PH/IOP): Care for 7-8 adolescents (ages 13-17). Outpatient: Child 3 weekends/year. Preferred: Interest in consults and eating disorder coverage.
